As we said, although the polvorón has always been typical during Christmas, we are trying to make it accessible for the whole year. That’s the reason why we have a great permanent edition divided in three kinds: classical and gourmet.

Due to the idea of our business to be close to the customers, the “classical edition” consists of a set of polvorones already known by people because of their taste, but named, and this is true, with the names of our grandparents, because they are the best representantives of tradition. Here we have a list with some of them:



On the other hand, we have the “gourmet edition”. This one is a little bit different because the ingredients are less common and these are mixed in order to achieve new and fantastic tastes. They are sold during all the year.
The name of each polvorón depends on the receipt and the ingredients. Some examples are in the next table:
